This policy explains how Arrow Game, developed by ClearByteDev, handles personal data. By using the app you acknowledge the processing described here.

This app is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold data belonging to a person under 18, we will delete it without undue delay.

1. No account required

You do not need an account, registration or login to use Arrow Game. We do not ask for and do not collect your name, email address, phone number or any comparable direct identifier.

2. Data that stays on your device

The following is stored only in your device's own storage and is not sent to us or to any third party:

Removing the app from your device deletes this data.

3. Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob, an advertising network operated by Google. To serve ads, cap how often they repeat, prevent ad fraud and measure performance, AdMob may process certain data from your device, typically:

This data is collected and processed by Google directly, not by ClearByteDev. You can review how Google uses data from apps on the Google Privacy & Terms page.

4. Tracking permission

Where your device asks for tracking permission, the choice is entirely yours. If you decline, the app works exactly the same; the ads you see are simply non-personalised. You can change your decision at any time in your device settings.

5. Notifications

If you allow them, we send reminder notifications when you have not played for a while. These are scheduled on your device; no personal data is transmitted to us for this purpose. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

6. Level updates

The app contacts our server to check whether new chapters have been published. Only the information technically required for that connection (such as your IP address) is transmitted; no account or progress data is sent. Because every puzzle ships inside the app, the game can also be played entirely offline.

7. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

8. Retention

Data on your device remains there until you delete the app. Retention of data processed by the advertising network is governed by Google's own policies.

9. International transfers

Because of how the advertising network operates, data may be transferred to servers outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are carried out by Google under legal mechanisms such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Send requests to support@clearbytedev.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

11. Limiting ad data

You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings. The app respects those choices.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the "last updated" date on this page changes. Significant changes will be communicated inside the app.
