1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Coloroo, developed by ClearByteDev
("we") and distributed via Google Play and the Apple App Store, approaches personal data.
Coloroo is a coloring application directed at children and is
designed to collect no personal data whatsoever.
This policy has been prepared with regard to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law
(KVKK), the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
(COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR,
including its provisions concerning children), and the Google Play Families and Apple Kids
category policies.
2. Data We Collect: None
Coloroo does not collect, process, store, share, or sell any personal data.
Does not access or request names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, addresses, location,
photos, audio, contacts, or any similar information.
Requires no account, registration, or sign-in.
Does not read or transmit device identifiers (advertising ID, IMEI, MAC address, etc.).
Contains no analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or tracking
technology; uses no cookies or similar identifiers.
Contains no advertising and embeds no advertising SDKs.
Transfers no data to any third party, domestically or internationally.
3. App Data Stored on the Device
Game data such as coloring progress, completed pages, earned badges, and language preference
are kept solely in the device's local storage. This data:
Is not personal data (it cannot be linked to any individual),
Is never sent to any server or transmitted over the internet,
Is permanently removed when the app is uninstalled.
Saved artwork is likewise stored only within the app's own storage area and is never
exported to the device gallery, the cloud, or anywhere else.
4. Children's Privacy
We knowingly collect no personal data from children (or from any user).
As no data is collected, no data-processing activity requiring parental consent exists
(no data is processed within the scope of COPPA §312.5, GDPR Art. 8, or KVKK Art. 5).
The app contains no social media links, chat, user interaction, or external web
links.
Purchase screens are protected by a parental gate (an adult-level math
question) to prevent accidental transactions by children.
If you nevertheless believe a child's personal data has somehow reached us, please
contact us at the address below; any such data will be deleted immediately.
Coloroo works fully offline. The only network functionality in the app is the transmission
of purchase requests to the store infrastructure (Google Play / App Store) through the stores'
official libraries; this communication carries no data to us.
7. Permissions
Android: The app requests none of the sensitive
permissions such as camera, microphone, location, storage, or contacts. It holds only the
billing permission required by the Google Play Billing library
(com.android.vending.BILLING) and the network access it depends on.
iOS: The app requests no privacy permissions (photos, camera, location,
tracking, etc.). No tracking is performed under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
framework.
8. Data Security and Retention
Since no personal data is collected, there is no personal data held by us
that would need to be secured, retained, or deleted. Your rights of access, rectification,
erasure, and objection under KVKK and GDPR remain reserved; however, as no data is processed,
no circumstance arises that would require exercising them. You may nevertheless contact us with
any request.
9. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the current version will be published on this page together with its
effective date. Should any update ever alter the app's no-data-collection principle (which is
not anticipated), store listings and this policy will be updated in advance.
