Notedeck (“biz”, “bize”, “bizim”), ClearByteDev tarafından yayınlanmaktadır. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, mobil uygulamamızı (paket adı: com.damra.noteapp, “Uygulama”) kullandığınızda Notedeck’in bilgileri nasıl ele aldığını açıklar.
Bu Politika; GDPR (2016/679), 6698 sayılı KVKK ve California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) ile uyumludur. Uygulamayı indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Gizlilik Politikası’nı okuduğunuzu ve anladığınızı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Cihaz üzerindeki veri: Silene veya Uygulamayı kaldırana kadar.

Çökme raporları: Sorunun çözümünden itibaren en fazla 12 ay.
6. GDPR ve KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız
Erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemenin kısıtlanması, veri taşınabilirliği (Uygulama’nın JSON yedek alma özelliği bu hakkı doğrudan kullanmanıza imkân tanır), itiraz ve rızayı geri çekme haklarınız vardır. Uygulamayı kaldırarak cihazdaki tüm verileri silebilirsiniz; sunucudaki analitik verilerin silinmesi için cihaz tanımlayıcınızla bize ulaşın.

Notedeck (“we”, “us”, “our”) is published by ClearByteDev. This Privacy Policy explains how Notedeck (package name: com.damra.noteapp, the “App”) handles information when you use it.
This Policy complies with the GDPR (2016/679), Turkey’s KVKK Law No. 6698, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). By downloading, installing, or using Notedeck, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Notedeck is designed with a minimum-data philosophy. Your notes, tags, folders, drawings and attached images are stored only on your device in a local SQLite database. No content is transmitted to our servers.

3.2 Anonymous Analytics & Diagnostics
To ensure stability, anonymous analytics/diagnostics are sent to our server (https://altug.cloud/stats/):
Randomly generated device UUID (not IDFA/AAID)
Platform (iOS/Android), device model, OS version
App version information
Event type and technical metadata (no content)
Crash/error reports (first five stack-trace lines)
Your note titles, contents, images and drawings are never included in analytics events.

5. Data Retention
On-device data: Until you delete it or uninstall the App.
Analytics: Maximum 24 months; then automatically deleted or fully anonymized.
Crash reports: Maximum 12 months from issue resolution.
6. Your Rights Under GDPR & KVKK
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability (the App’s JSON backup feature lets you exercise this directly), objection, and consent withdrawal. Uninstalling the App removes all on-device data; to delete server-side analytics, contact us with your device identifier.
